1. Introduction

Welcome to BrickStackers (the "App"). The App is provided by BrickStackers, LLC. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. App Description and Features

BrickStackers is a real estate investment analysis platform that provides:

  • Investment Analysis Tools: FLIP, BRRRR, and New Construction calculators
  • Project Management: Save, edit, and track your real estate analysis projects
  • Market Data: Property insights and market trends (informational only)
  • Portfolio Dashboard: Overview of your saved projects and analysis
  • Notification System: Updates about your projects and market insights

4. App Usage and License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal or internal business purposes on authorized devices. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. User Accounts and Data

Account Creation

  • You may create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must provide accurate and current information

User Content

  • You retain ownership of data you input into the App (property details, analysis parameters)
  • By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process your data to provide our services
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data for improving our services

6. No Financial or Investment Advice

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

  • The App provides analysis tools and calculations for informational purposes only
  • Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice
  • All calculations, market data, and analysis results are estimates and should not be relied upon as accurate predictions

  • We use Expo Push Notification service for delivery

The App integrates with:

  • Google: Sign-in authentication
  • Expo: Development platform and push notifications
  • Market Data Providers: For property and market information

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

  • Accuracy of calculations or market data
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Fitness for your particular investment needs
  • Security against data breaches or loss

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for investment losses or financial damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any)
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • This limitation applies even if we've been advised of possible damages

13. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by Florida state law
  • Disputes will be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida courts
  • You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
  • We both agree to attempt good faith resolution before litigation
